Goods Return & Refund Policy (Applicable for USA, Canada and UK Customers)

Gajkesari stands by every product it sells and it wants you to be completely satisfied with the purchase you make. If any Gajkesari purchase does not meet with your expectations, you may return the item within 15 days of the date of receipt for a full refund (less the original shipping and handling). Products can be returned to us within 15 days of delivery of material to the customer.
Returns Instructions :
For processing of your returns please follow the following instructions:
  1. You must give us a call and confirm with our Customer Care before shipping out your material for returning.
  2. Please ensure to return all three bottles with the Manual and full packing, out of which two bottles must be sealed and unopened.
  3. Use a reliable & reputed courier company.
  4. The parcel should be sent in the original box packing and should have the original invoice and failing which we will not be able to process your refund.
  5. Ensure that the goods are packed properly so as to ensure safety of the goods.
  6. Label the product clearly with your name and address

Goods Return & Refund Policy
  1. Returns will be accepted only if the goods returned meet with the conditions stated above under the "Returns Instructions".
  2. Item returned in any box other than the original box will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender and no refund will be given.
  3. Any goods received in damaged condition due to improper packing may not qualify for Refunds.
  4. Return postage /courier charges to be born by the customer.
  5. All refunds can take up to 21 business days to process from the date a refund is approved for the account.  Refunds will be issued by Payee’s A/c. cheques to be made in favour of the Purchaser.
  6. Once an order has been issued with a tracking number and thereafter if a refund request is submitted by the customers, all such orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee on the cost of the product in addition to the shipping charges as the same cannot be refunded.
  7. If a Customer receives defective or damaged box, he/she need not accept the delivery.
  8. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us to customers.
  9. Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in customers' order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available, incomplete or inaccurate address of the customer, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department etc. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled by us or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled by us after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be refunded.
  10. In all cases of returns and refunds, the decision of Gajkesari shall be final and binding and will be accepted by the customers without any dispute.
